At Sou, we handle all orders with care and aim to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide:

Portugal 2–4 business days
Spain, France, Germany, Benelux 3–6 business days
Rest of Europe 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and local conditions. During peak seasons (e.g. holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.


Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier assigned to your shipment will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.


International Shipping

At this time, Sou ships to European countries only. We do not currently offer shipping outside of Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please get in touch with us — we're always working on expanding our reach.


Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier disruptions, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [geral@sou-brand.com] and we'll look into it right away.
